Responsible for metallurgical aspects of copper alloy manufacturing, including process routing, equipment capability evaluation, quality compliance, documentation, and cost-yield improvement. Develops and maintains RollGuide and feasibility processes, supports planning and technical service teams, defines metallurgical requirements, and leads routing improvement projects across multiple locations.

Direct daily activities of industrial electricians, troubleshoot and upgrade plant electrical and electronic equipment, analyze recurring equipment problems, and implement long-term solutions. Responsibilities include designing, supervising, commissioning, and documenting electrical projects; maintaining schematics, software backups, spare parts, and test equipment; supporting production and mechanical teams; and participating in continuous improvement and safety programs.

Supports and optimizes tube fabrication operations through tooling coordination, new product and equipment integration, production tracking, SOP maintenance, machine optimization, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with operators, engineers, and supervisors, maintains tooling and process documentation, supports machine programming, and helps ensure product launches and tooling projects meet quality and schedule requirements.

Develops and optimizes tooling for finning and copper shell drawing operations. Troubleshoots tooling and process issues, improves product quality and production stability, manages tooling inventories and performance KPIs, and supports cost reduction, lifecycle management, capital planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Direct industrial electrical engineering activities, troubleshoot and upgrade plant equipment, lead small- and medium-scale electrical projects, maintain schematics and software backups, support commissioning and documentation, improve equipment reliability, and guide industrial electricians. The role requires expertise with Allen-Bradley PLCs, AC/DC drives, instrumentation, motor controls, and high-power applications while supporting safety, continuous improvement, and manufacturing operations.

Improves manufacturing processes and material quality for copper and stainless-steel alloys. Responsibilities include managing nonconforming material disposition, developing quality procedures, conducting ISO 9001 audits, supporting customer complaints and audits, performing root-cause investigations, administering calibration, evaluating metallurgical properties, and driving continuous improvement. The role also supports new product experiments, process changes, customer requirements, and quality management system reviews in an on-site manufacturing and laboratory environment.

Processes accurate and timely payroll in compliance with company policies, union agreements, and federal, state, and local regulations. Reviews payroll reports, earnings, deductions, taxes, and related data; resolves employee payroll inquiries; maintains confidential employee information; and collaborates with HR, Finance, IT, management, and vendors. The role also supports payroll reporting, data integrity, compliance, and special projects.

Plans, designs, and implements manufacturing systems and processes to improve safety, quality, reliability, throughput, and cost control. Designs production equipment, tools, and layouts; develops manufacturing documentation; leads equipment installation and troubleshooting; supports production-floor issue resolution; investigates root causes; and drives continuous improvement in collaboration with maintenance, production, and engineering teams.

Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, developing go-to-market and account strategies, managing forecasts, inventory, pricing, agreements, and margins. Build customer relationships, provide market intelligence, coordinate with sales, procurement, supply chain, production, finance, and customer service teams, and lead business development initiatives. The role requires nationwide travel of up to 65%.
