Provides frontline technical support to residential customers in a call center environment. Troubleshoots internet and product issues in real time, educates customers on installation and usage, delivers quality customer care, and identifies opportunities to promote upgraded or additional services.

It is field-based and focused on small and medium-sized business accounts.

Sells fiber-optic connectivity and bandwidth services to enterprise, government, healthcare, education, and business customers. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, networking, managing territories, developing customer relationships, maintaining a sales funnel, managing service accounts, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Provides technical sales support for enterprise and wholesale telecommunications customers. Designs and presents complex network solutions, develops technical and pricing proposals, supports product positioning, and collaborates with Project Management on implementation. Builds customer relationships, identifies opportunities, conducts executive briefings, trains Sales on emerging technologies, and helps resolve technical issues throughout the sales cycle.
