Lead end-to-end software deployments for NHS and social care partners, from mobilisation and discovery through go-live and business-as-usual adoption. Coordinate multi-team rollouts, governance, data flows, risks, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption measurement. Translate frontline feedback into product improvements while building repeatable implementation playbooks, frameworks, and processes. The role requires strong NHS knowledge, clinical safety and information governance awareness, data literacy, communication skills, and comfort operating in a rapidly evolving AI healthcare environment.

Build and own end-to-end full-stack features across frontend, backend, infrastructure, deployment, and testing. Develop AI-powered scheduling, dispatch, clinical data enrichment, and referral workflows. Maintain reliable, auditable APIs and data models for regulated healthcare operations, collaborate with product and clinical teams, and contribute to architecture and infrastructure decisions. The role requires pragmatic technical judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and fluent use of AI coding tools.
