Leads the pharmacy college’s academic, administrative, financial, and strategic operations. Oversees curriculum, faculty development, student welfare, accreditation, regulatory compliance, infrastructure, research growth, crisis management, external relations, and institutional reporting. Coordinates with statutory bodies including AICTE, DTE, DBATU, ARA, and FRA while ensuring the college advances its mission, standards, and overall growth.

Develops and maintains library collections, classifies and catalogs materials, manages circulation records and digital resources, assists students and faculty, conducts library orientations, recommends acquisitions, prepares reports, enforces library policies, and coordinates academic resource needs with faculty. The role also supports institutional and regulatory compliance and performs additional duties assigned by college leadership.
