Administers and improves the Public Works work order and asset management systems. Configures workflows, schedules, permissions, integrations, and preventive maintenance plans; maintains data quality; develops reports, dashboards, and KPIs; supports users and mobile field technology; conducts testing and training; analyzes operational trends; and recommends process, service, and efficiency improvements.
