Serves as the Baytown facility’s static equipment authority and engineer for small capital and maintenance projects. Responsibilities include mechanical integrity, inspection planning, corrosion and remaining-life assessments, equipment troubleshooting, design and vendor document reviews, project scoping and execution, contractor management, commissioning, and turnaround support. The role focuses on pressure vessels, columns, heat exchangers, piping, tanks, and relief devices in a refinery or petrochemical process environment.
