Leads urban ecology and environmental consulting projects while expanding client relationships and market presence in the Los Angeles region. Responsibilities include strategic business development, marketing, client networking, pursuit leadership, interdisciplinary project management, budgeting, scheduling, quality oversight, technical analysis, reporting, and recommendations addressing regulatory and client requirements. The role also promotes cross-practice collaboration and supports habitat restoration, green infrastructure, urban forestry, biodiversity, and ecological resilience initiatives.

Supports stormwater infrastructure and urban watershed planning, including green stormwater infrastructure, regional treatment, municipal stormwater programs, NPDES compliance, climate vulnerability assessments, and adaptation planning. Produces technical documents, conceptual designs, cost estimates, and reports; coordinates with agencies and partners; and facilitates workshops, meetings, and trainings. Collaborates with engineers, scientists, landscape architects, planners, and GIS analysts on sustainable water-quality and ecosystem-health projects.
