Lead and support climate adaptation, resilience planning, vulnerability assessments, risk analyses, watershed and infrastructure resilience initiatives. Manage interdisciplinary projects, budgets, schedules, scopes, and technical deliverables while collaborating with clients, agencies, Tribes, and technical teams. Support proposals, business development, grant strategies, and companywide climate initiatives. Apply climate risk frameworks, resilience metrics, environmental planning, green infrastructure, nature-based solutions, and geospatial or hydraulic modeling tools.

Supports stormwater infrastructure and urban watershed planning, including green stormwater infrastructure, regional treatment, municipal stormwater programs, NPDES compliance, climate vulnerability assessments, and adaptation planning. Produces technical documents, conceptual designs, cost estimates, and reports; coordinates with agencies and partners; and facilitates workshops, meetings, and trainings. Collaborates with engineers, scientists, landscape architects, planners, and GIS analysts on sustainable water-quality and ecosystem-health projects.
