Manages commercial and corporate litigation matters, including court processes, case oversight, statutory compliance, legal due diligence, contract drafting and review, legal research, negotiations, and client advice. The role supports transactions across energy and natural resources, capital markets, banking, and related areas while maintaining client relationships and providing strategic legal opinions.

Manage corporate and commercial legal matters within the firm’s Corporate Commercial Practice Group, focusing on energy-industry mergers and acquisitions. Advise clients on complex transactions and provide high-quality legal services in Nigeria and internationally. The role requires 7–10 years of post-call experience gained at a respected law firm or in-house environment, along with authorization to practice law in Nigeria and a qualifying LLM.
