Provides high-level administrative support to the board, including domestic and international travel planning, itinerary preparation, expense monitoring, scheduling, correspondence, research, document management, and confidential information handling. Identify new commercial opportunities, renegotiate terms, resolve performance issues, and maintain accurate partner documentation across regulated markets.

Leads Alea’s creative vision, brand strategy, campaigns, and design team. Oversees exhibition booth design, video and photo production, thumbnail workflows, external creative partners, and cross-functional alignment. The role combines hands-on creative execution with team leadership, performance management, stakeholder presentations, and process optimization across a large game portfolio. Experience with Adobe Suite, Figma, 3D modeling, UX/UI direction, media production, data-driven marketing, and AI-enabled creative workflows is required.

Own the end-to-end receivables, collections, supplier invoice verification, payments, reconciliations, and billing records cycle. Investigate discrepancies, explain variances, prepare management reporting, and improve billing and finance workflows through validation, automation, and process optimization. The role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency with accounting tools and spreadsheets.

Supports the Games team by coordinating game releases, maintaining game information, testing and troubleshooting new games, assisting with provider integrations, and collaborating across departments. The intern communicates updates, distributes materials, tracks project progress, reports issues, and helps ensure smooth gaming operations for clients. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, multitasking, initiative, and an interest in the online gaming industry.
