The Senior Accountant manages general ledger accounts, month-end close activities, accruals, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, account analysis, and variance resolution. The role supports audits, maintains audit-ready documentation, improves accounting processes and internal controls, and assists with Dynamics 365 Business Central optimization. It also provides informal guidance to junior team members.

Directs finance operations and provides strategic financial leadership for Human Appeal’s U.S. and global offices. Oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, audits, accounting systems, and financial risk management. Advises senior leadership and boards on organizational performance and supports strategies to improve income, efficiency, stability, and long-term growth. The role also manages financial data across Salesforce, SAGE, and NAVision.
