The role requires experience performing ServiceNow architecture responsibilities and expertise in ITOM, Service Mapping, Discovery, JavaScript, Web Services, LDAP, SolarWinds, and integrations. Certified Technical Architect certification is preferred.

Implement Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP solutions end to end, including data ingestion through connectors, SDKs, and APIs; XDM schema mapping; unified profile and identity stitching; audience segmentation; destination activation; and Customer Journey Analytics analysis. The specialist will refine segments, optimize activation and measurement, share implementation best practices, and guide cross-functional teams.
