Leads day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations, including employee relations, performance management, compensation administration, compliance, investigations, policy implementation, and HR reporting. Advises and coaches managers and employees, supervises HR staff, partners with senior leadership, supports workforce initiatives, manages HR programs and budgets, and ensures compliance with employment laws and organizational policies. The role is primarily in-office and may require up to 20% travel.

Oversee charitable gaming operations across authorized locations, including licensing, regulatory compliance, internal controls, financial and inventory reconciliation, venue development, relationship management, and policy implementation. The role identifies and secures new gaming venues, maintains existing partnerships, and ensures adherence to organizational and state requirements. It requires public-facing experience, travel within North Dakota, and occasional overnight stays.

Provides HR guidance and support to managers and employees on policies, employee relations, performance management, compliance, recruitment, onboarding, compensation, leave administration, and HRIS usage. Conducts sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checks, drug testing, and offer coordination. Assists with HR initiatives, job descriptions, documentation, and day-to-day department operations.
