Leads accounting activities for hotel transitions and new developments, including due diligence, property setup, bank and merchant account coordination, historical financial data conversion, journal mapping, budgeting, reporting, and transition closeout. Supports the hotel sales team by handling inquiries, scheduling calls, answering guest questions, preparing packages, contracts, estimates, and site tours. Maintains sales systems, creates lead recaps, prepares sales and catering materials, manages office supplies, updates event actuals, and sends thank-you communications. Provides professional, engaging service to guests while supporting sales and catering operations.
