Provides strategic, administrative, and operational support to Finance and Development leaders. Responsibilities include financial analysis, budget tracking, reporting, executive scheduling, meeting and travel coordination, presentations, vendor coordination, project leadership, calendar management, meeting minutes, and follow-up on action items.

Processes biweekly payroll for retirement community employees, maintains payroll and personnel records, supports payroll tax reporting and W-2 preparation, manages benefit and assignment costing data, assists with client billing and payroll reconciliations, and prepares reports. The role requires multi-state payroll experience, strong Excel and office software skills, confidentiality, accuracy, communication, and knowledge of payroll regulations. Oracle HCM Cloud experience and an associate degree are preferred.

Owns financial reporting and compliance deliverables, including CAM reports, board and owner schedules, regulatory filings, medical expense and insurance claim reports, debt covenant calculations, and lender packages. Performs data validation, variance analysis, exception reporting, reconciliations, and audit-ready documentation. Partners with BI, IT, and data owners to resolve issues, improve reporting processes, and maintain reporting calendars, templates, and controls.
