Answers and transfers incoming calls, provides information and directions, assists residents, staff, guests, and vendors, and performs assigned clerical duties in a senior living community. This is a PRN position focused on courteous, professional reception and hospitality.

Manages identity and access lifecycles, security technologies, vulnerability remediation, access reviews, threat monitoring, incident investigations, risk assessments, audits, policies, business continuity, and cybersecurity education. Partners with infrastructure, application, and business teams to protect corporate, clinical, resident, and organizational information across LCS communities.

Administers employee leave and accommodation programs, including eligibility reviews, approvals, notices, leave tracking, HRIS and payroll updates, employee communications, return-to-work coordination, and ADA interactive processes. Advises employees and managers on leave policies and ensures compliance with FMLA, ADAA, state and federal regulations. Maintains confidential records, manages multiple cases, and escalates complex issues to the Leave Manager.

Supports daily HR operations and serves as a first point of contact for employees and applicants. Coordinates hiring paperwork, screenings, background checks, orientations, and training schedules. Maintains HRIS, timekeeping, I-9, benefits, training, certification, and confidential personnel records. Assists employees with network access and communicates company information. Requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, confidentiality, customer service, and Microsoft Office skills.

Develop and execute enterprise-wide internal communications supporting HR initiatives, employee engagement, company culture, and organizational priorities. Responsibilities include writing and editing intranet content, newsletters, announcements, presentations, webinars, and social media posts; administering the intranet; managing communication calendars; supporting events and town halls; measuring communication effectiveness; and collaborating with leaders and cross-functional teams.

Lead sales and marketing efforts for a senior living community, owning the full sales funnel from inquiries and tours through deposits and move-ins. Build referral relationships, manage community and closing events, maintain occupancy targets, respond rapidly to leads, and track funnel performance in Salesforce. The role requires a results-driven closer with strong emotional intelligence, hospitality focus, and demonstrated success in senior living sales or occupancy growth.

Leads human resources, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, compliance, benefits, payroll, and HRIS administration for a senior living community. Oversees accounts payable, financial reporting, budget procedures, and concierge team leadership. Partners with community leaders on workforce planning, culture, staffing, and employee development while ensuring a high-quality hospitality experience for residents, families, and visitors.

Manages day-to-day accounting, billing, accounts receivable, vendor coordination, accruals, resident financial records, reconciliations, compliance, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial support for a senior living community. Partners with executive leadership, department heads, centralized accounting teams, and regional finance to resolve issues, maintain reporting accuracy, assess performance, and support strategic decisions.

Supports the Executive Director and Marketing Department through administrative coordination, communications, event planning, resident engagement, social media assistance, marketing collateral creation, and Salesforce record maintenance. The role also supports move-in documentation, lead management, community outreach, networking, and new resident welcome events while maintaining organized files and accurate records.
