Provides strategic, administrative, and operational support to Finance and Development leaders. Responsibilities include financial analysis, budget tracking, reporting, executive scheduling, meeting and travel coordination, vendor contract negotiation, presentation preparation, calendar management, meeting minutes, and special project leadership. The role serves as a liaison among leadership, corporate offices, external agencies, and employees while ensuring follow-up on key initiatives and action items.

Supports daily HR operations as the first point of contact for employees and applicants. Coordinates recruiting screenings, background checks, references, offers, new-hire paperwork, orientations, and training schedules. Maintains confidential employee records, HRIS and timekeeping systems, I-9s, benefits records, certifications, licenses, and compliance documentation. Assists with network access and employee communications while providing professional administrative and customer-service support.

Process bi-weekly payroll for retirement community employees, maintaining payroll records, taxes, benefits, deductions, garnishments, and employee costing. Assist with tax reporting, W-2 preparation, account reconciliations, client billing inquiries, general ledger reconciliation, and payroll reporting. Ensure compliance with client policies and federal, state, and local regulations while supporting accurate, confidential, and timely payroll administration.

Leads enterprise pricing strategy, revenue optimization, financial underwriting, forecasting, predictive modeling, and reporting. Builds financial models and governance standards, evaluates resident contract economics and financial risk, and translates complex analyses into recommendations for executives. The role also recruits and develops a finance and analytics team, drives process automation and standardization, and partners across finance, operations, sales, legal, IT, and business intelligence to improve revenue, cash flow, forecasting accuracy, and long-term growth.

Provides courteous front-desk support in a senior living community by answering and transferring calls, assisting residents, staff, guests, and vendors, providing information and directions, and completing clerical duties as assigned. This is a PRN position offering $16.00–$16.50 per hour.

Owns monthly CAM, board, owner, regulatory, insurance, debt covenant, and compliance reporting deliverables. Prepares complex schedules, validates data, investigates variances, performs reconciliations, maintains audit trails, and coordinates issue resolution with BI, IT, and source-data owners. Supports tax compliance and financial due diligence requests while improving reporting calendars, templates, controls, and standard work. Requires strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, sound professional judgment, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
