Process bi-weekly payroll for retirement community employees, maintain payroll and personnel records in Oracle, manage payroll taxes and reporting, support benefits administration, prepare costing and client billing reports, reconcile payroll accounts with the general ledger, and respond to client inquiries. Ensure compliance with applicable payroll regulations while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and service quality.
