Drive senior living occupancy by owning the full sales funnel, including inquiries, calls, tours, follow-ups, events, referrals, deposits, and move-ins. Build relationships with referral sources, respond rapidly to leads, manage Salesforce CRM activity, identify conversion gaps, and implement solutions. Provides strategic, financial, administrative, and project support to Finance and Development leaders. Maintain payroll, personnel, tax, benefits, garnishment, and costing records in Oracle; assist with tax reporting, account reconciliations, client billing, and payroll inquiries. Prepare reports, support annual W-2 preparation, and ensure compliance with client policies and federal, state, and local regulations.

Directs marketing, sales, occupancy development, advertising, referral generation, events, budgeting, and lead management for an independent living community. Leads Residency Counselors, Marketing Assistants, and other associates; monitors sales performance, prospect follow-up, reporting, CRM data, and achievement of occupancy and revenue goals. Collaborates with senior leadership and supports a hospitality-focused resident experience.
