Handles billing inquiries, maintains confidential financial information, performs data entry, supports month-end close and budgeting, generates general ledger reports, and assists with regulatory processes while providing customer service to residents.

Leads enterprise pricing strategy, revenue optimization, forecasting, predictive modeling, resident financial underwriting, and contract economics. Builds financial models, delivers executive insights, establishes governance standards, and improves cash flow and long-term performance. The director partners across finance, operations, sales, legal, IT, and business intelligence while recruiting and developing a centralized analytics team and driving automation and process improvements.

Leads sales and marketing efforts for a senior living community, driving occupancy and revenue growth. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing prospect pipelines through move-in, conducting tours, overseeing CRM activity, executing local marketing and outreach, hosting events, building referral relationships, coaching sales staff, and reporting on performance. The role also ensures regulatory compliance and collaborates with community, regional, corporate, and agency partners.

Drive senior living occupancy by owning the full sales funnel, including inquiries, calls, tours, follow-ups, events, referrals, deposits, and move-ins.
