Sell new and used vehicles by assisting customers, answering questions, explaining products and services, and maintaining current product and industry knowledge. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude. Sales or retail experience is helpful but not required. Manage internet leads and inbound sales inquiries, conduct daily outbound calls, emails, and texts, follow up with unsold prospects in the CRM, and convert digital and phone leads into showroom appointments. Previous sales, internet sales, BDC, or call center experience is preferred, but training is available for motivated candidates.
