Partner with Product and Engineering teams to build standardized contact solutions for CRM use cases across business verticals. Drive reliability through infrastructure as code, CI/CD, observability, incident response, and scalable cloud operations while contributing to engineering-wide initiatives.

Develop and administer ServiceNow across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB, including workflows, automations, scripts, integrations, portals, security controls, upgrades, and governance. Own platform improvement roadmaps, requirements gathering, documentation, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination. The role also provides technical guidance and mentorship while integrating cloud and identity-management technologies and maintaining compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Conduct full-cycle recruiting for high-impact go-to-market roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, negotiations, and closing. Build talent pipelines, advise hiring managers, develop recruiting strategies, present talent-market data, maintain Greenhouse records, ensure compliance, and partner with People and Culture teams. Serve as a candidate point of contact while handling sensitive personnel matters with discretion and sound judgment.
