Leads the company’s Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning process, aligning demand, engineering workload, materials, production capacity, and business objectives. Develops capacity and demand forecasts, coordinates production scheduling and material planning, monitors supply chain risks, and facilitates cross-functional and executive planning reviews. Owns SIOP dashboards, performance metrics, action tracking, and recommendations related to inventory, staffing, outsourcing, capacity constraints, supplier performance, and customer delivery commitments.

Designs and models custom modular chemical process systems using 3D CAD, including equipment, structural steel, piping, and instrumentation. Creates fabrication drawings, orthographic and isometric piping drawings, bills of materials, and as-built models. Collaborates with process engineers, vendors, customers, and fabrication shops to resolve design issues and implement changes. Performs CAD administration, supports P&ID and process flow diagram development, and may inspect fabrication progress and completed systems.

Design and engineer custom chemical process systems, including process flows, mass and energy balances, equipment, instrumentation, piping, and relief systems. Specify and procure components, guide CAD development, review designs, manage fabrication, conduct factory acceptance testing, prepare operating manuals, and support construction, commissioning, hazard reviews, and customer troubleshooting. The role works with customers, vendors, contractors, equipment engineering, operations, and project managers, with light travel under 5%.

Design and engineer custom modular chemical process systems, including process flows, mass and energy balances, equipment, instrumentation, piping, and relief systems. Specify and procure components, guide CAD development, manage fabrication and construction, conduct FATs, maintain project schedules and documentation, and support customer hazard reviews, commissioning, and startup. The role also reviews supporting engineers’ work and oversees vendor and contractor compliance.

Manages customer relationships and sales activities across a Midwest territory for chemical process equipment, engineered systems, and aftermarket services. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, acquiring accounts, generating and qualifying leads, preparing proposals, negotiating, closing orders, cross-selling, maintaining Salesforce records, conducting customer plant audits, and partnering with inside sales and service teams. The role requires strong knowledge of chemical and pharmaceutical processes, technical equipment, customer specifications, and plant schematics, along with frequent customer-site engagement.

Designs engineered polymer and fluoropolymer products and tooling, performs engineering analyses, prepares drawings and procedures, and develops prototype and field test plans. Provides technical support across manufacturing, sales, customers, vendors, and contractors from design through production. Responsibilities include cost estimation, documentation, quality issue resolution, work instructions, production planning, cost reduction, throughput improvement, and maintaining quality objectives.
