Provides weekend after-hours customer support by dispatching field technicians and contractors to emergency work orders. Communicates with technicians, supervisors, subcontractors, and clients through phone, text, and email; creates work orders; updates client portals and Keynote; monitors calls, voicemails, and emails; resolves issues; de-escalates concerns; and maintains accurate records in ARM software.
