Sells industrial, medical, and specialty gases, welding supplies, and related equipment to walk-in and phone customers. Provides technical product guidance, customer service, order processing, complaint resolution, inventory support, and order preparation. Builds long-term customer relationships, supports the sales team, and may deliver products using a company vehicle. Requires lifting merchandise, obtaining a Class B CDL with hazmat endorsement, and assisting customers with equipment and welding-related needs.

Own profitable sales growth across the Raleigh territory by acquiring customers, expanding existing accounts, managing the sales pipeline, and developing supply agreements. Build strong customer relationships, conduct technical solution selling for industrial and specialty gases, welding and safety equipment, prepare proposals, coordinate installations and services, maintain accurate records, resolve concerns, and uphold safety standards. The role requires regular travel, physical capability, and occasional after-hours customer support.
