Lead end-to-end federal proposal management from bid decision through submission and post-submission review. Build compliance matrices, outlines, schedules, writing assignments, and review standards; coordinate matrixed writers and subject matter experts; translate capture strategy into evaluator-ready responses; ensure compliance with solicitation requirements; manage color team reviews, editing, quality control, proposal libraries, budgets, resources, and lessons learned. Supervise the Proposal Operations Coordinator and support proposal capability development across the organization.

Leads business development and pipeline growth across the Intelligence Community and adjacent government mission-support markets. Owns opportunity qualification, gate reviews, account penetration, contract vehicle development, competitive analysis, market intelligence, strategic briefings, and pursuit shaping. Builds relationships with agency leaders, contracting officers, cloud and colocation providers, and industry stakeholders while identifying capability gaps and expansion opportunities.

Oversee physical security projects for data centers and support facilities, including design, installation, specifications, construction documentation, vendor management, budgets, QA/QC, contract execution, acceptance, operational readiness, metrics, and closeout. Manage multiple projects, coordinate technical and non-technical teams, provide customer updates, and serve as the subject-matter expert for physical security design and installation oversight. The role is primarily on-site in the Atlanta area with occasional travel.
