Leads enterprise financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow strategy, KPI reporting, and variance analysis. Prepares board and lender reporting, oversees financial reporting and accounting coordination, manages reconciliations, and builds an FP&A team. Partners with the CFO on strategic initiatives, capital structure, due diligence, and succession readiness while improving ERP-based processes and supporting multi-branch operations.
