Leads enterprise learning and development strategy in partnership with the VP of L&D. Designs and implements leadership, onboarding, role-based, compliance, and professional development programs across a distributed workforce. Advises senior leaders, identifies capability gaps, manages vendors and budgets, supports organizational change, and uses workforce and business data to measure impact and improve programs. Requires strong expertise in leadership development, adult learning, instructional design, facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication.

Provides on-site administrative and resident support for a cooperative building. Responsibilities include assisting management with daily operations, communicating with residents and the board, coordinating vendors, move-ins, move-outs, amenity reservations, work orders, compliance records, financial chargebacks, BuildingLink reporting, building notices, incidents, and special projects.
