Leads non-payroll tax reporting and external financial reporting for Principia. Responsibilities include audit and tax return workpapers, nonresident tax returns, banking and trust account reporting, accounting and tax research, internal controls, process improvements, financial data integrity, and Audit Committee support. The role supervises reporting activities, collaborates with auditors and stakeholders, manages banking relationships, and serves as a backup to the CFO.

Part-time on-call staff support multiple campus departments, including early childhood care, campus security, Christian Science nursing, and telecom operations. Duties may include caring for infants and toddlers, monitoring campus safety, responding to emergencies, providing nursing care, answering incoming calls, and serving as a substitute telecom operator. Requirements vary by assignment and may include infant-care experience, security experience and a valid driver's license, Christian Science nursing credentials and experience, or familiarity with both campuses.

Coordinates the day-to-day delivery of study abroad and field programs, including travel, housing, vendors, timelines, student applications, communications, orientations, budgets, payments, records, contracts, compliance, and risk-management support. Serves as a primary contact for students, faculty, and partners while assisting with marketing, office operations, reporting, and departmental projects.

Supports collegiate athletics through event and facility management, game-day operations, live statistics, live streaming, officiating coordination, team administration, coaching support, budgeting, travel planning, equipment purchasing, compliance, and student-athlete advising. The role helps manage sport programs, maintains sport information, supports alumni and community relations, monitors student progress, and addresses conduct or operational issues. This is a part-time, nine-month graduate assistant position requiring nights and weekends.
