Leads large-scale Oracle EBS Financials and PPM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, solution architecture, and delivery governance. Configures GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA, Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, and Revenue Management. Engages global clients, gathers requirements, conducts workshops, designs integrations and RICEW components, oversees testing, migration, go-live, and support, resolves complex accounting issues, mentors teams, and supports presales activities.

Develop Oracle EPBCS calculation scripts, data integrations, Smart View reports, and data-loading processes. Perform validation and reconciliation while supporting finance budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, UAT, SIT, deployments, and production issues. Collaborate with Finance teams and prepare functional and technical documentation. The role requires Oracle EPM Cloud expertise, FDMEE, Business Rules, Groovy, Smart View, EPM Automate, REST API, and ERP integration experience, preferably with Oracle Fusion ERP.

Develop and maintain scalable React.js web applications, reusable UI components, REST API integrations, and optimized frontend experiences. Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams; participate in code reviews; mentor junior developers; troubleshoot production issues; and follow modern frontend development practices. The role requires expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, state management, responsive design, build tools, version control, and Agile methodologies.

Implement and customize Oracle EBS solutions across multiple ERP projects. Prepare technical design documents and independently develop CEMLI/RICE objects, data conversions, migrations, interfaces, reports, forms, workflows, and customizations. Apply expertise in Oracle Forms, BI Publisher, Oracle Applications 11i/R12, PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, and performance tuning while supporting Oracle Financials and AOL/Sys-Admin components.

Manage end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI projects, coordinating AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and product teams. Define scope, timelines, and deliverables; track risks and dependencies; oversee AI agent development and deployment; communicate with stakeholders; and drive Agile/Scrum practices. The role requires familiarity with Python, APIs, LLMs, prompt engineering, system integrations, and AI/ML project delivery, with preferred exposure to cloud platforms, agent frameworks, and MLOps.

Lead the implementation, support, and enhancement of Oracle EBS Financials modules and Project Accounting. Apply deep functional expertise and business process knowledge while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
