Configure, implement, and support Oracle SCM Fusion across Procurement, Inventory, PIM, Order Management, and Manufacturing. Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support across GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA, and Tax. Conduct requirements workshops, fit-gap analysis, process design, configuration, integrations, data migration, reporting, testing, cutover, and go-live activities. Advise finance stakeholders and solution architects, optimize processes, support quarterly enhancements, ensure functional design quality, and mentor junior consultants.

Implement and support Oracle Fusion ERP projects across HCM and Finance Cloud. Develop BI Publisher and OTBI reports, perform legacy-system migrations, build inbound and outbound integrations, create technical design documents, and manage deployment of technical objects. Configure extensions, customizations, ESS jobs, BPM workflows, and data-loading processes using HDL, FBDI, ADFdi, and SOAP web services.

Leads corporate IT, end-user computing, cloud and SaaS operations, information security, compliance, governance, and vendor management. Owns identity, devices, networks, infrastructure reliability, incident response, vulnerability management, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certifications, risk registers, business continuity, audits, customer security reviews, and IT/security performance reporting.

Lead Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solution design and implementation across Global HR, Payroll, Compensation, Absence, and Talent Management. Gather requirements, configure modules, manage CRP, UAT, cutover, and go-live, and collaborate on OTBI reporting, HDL, HCM Extracts, integrations, and Fast Formulas. Serve as the primary client contact, mentor junior consultants, and deliver scalable best-practice solutions.

Lead the design and delivery of enterprise Databricks Lakehouse data and AI platforms. Define architectures, data models, integrations, governance, security, and technology roadmaps; guide implementation teams; optimize pipelines and infrastructure; conduct technical reviews; mentor engineers; create reusable accelerators; and support client workshops, proposals, estimates, and presentations.
