Maintains financial records, ledgers, reconciliations, budgets, reports, payroll, benefits, grants, donor funding, cash flow, and financial documentation. Conducts analysis and forecasting, supports compliance with regulations and funding requirements, develops internal controls and financial procedures, and collaborates with departments to provide financial guidance. The role also supports audits, reporting, process improvement, and potentially mentors junior staff.

Manages government liaison, school recognition, regulatory compliance, land and revenue matters, community relations, parent grievances, transport, procurement, donor visits, audits, NGO documentation, government portal data entry, and RTE admissions. The role builds relationships with local Panchayats and government offices while maintaining accurate records and supporting safe, efficient school operations in a rural setting.

Manages grassroots education program delivery, including coordinating Community Managers and Fellows, conducting training and observations, monitoring team and program performance, analyzing data, and documenting outcomes. Builds relationships with schools, local governance, government authorities, and partners; supports impact studies and scaling initiatives.
