Provides administrative and clerical support to the community and Executive Director. Responsibilities include answering calls, greeting visitors, organizing the office, maintaining resident confidentiality, and delivering professional customer service in a person-centered senior living environment.

Supports home office sales and marketing initiatives for senior living communities. Coordinates collateral orders, resident handbooks, sales training events, and special projects. Processes invoices, reconciles credit card statements, and assists the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience with Adobe Suite and project management software.

Leads sales teams across multiple senior living communities to increase occupancy, train sales personnel and executive directors, and execute sales and marketing strategies. Collaborates with community leadership and home office teams to achieve financial and occupancy goals. Requires CRM documentation, independent judgment, strong organization, and expertise in senior living sales. The role is home-office based but requires travel of 75% or more, including overnight stays, throughout Kansas and Missouri.
