Coordinate and deliver technical, safety, onboarding, and competency-based training for maintenance operations. Assess training needs, design blended learning programs, manage scheduling and vendors, maintain LMS and certification records, administer assessments, track KPIs, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend improvements. Partner with leaders, HR, operations, suppliers, and subject matter experts to support compliance, safety, and employee development.

Performs RAMS and systems engineering analysis for fleet maintenance and operations. Tracks reliability and fleet-performance KPIs, investigates equipment failures, supports root-cause analysis and RCM methodologies, identifies risks, prepares reports, and leads cross-functional process-improvement initiatives while ensuring safety, environmental, contractual, and operational requirements are met.
