Leads Save the Children International’s global AI, digital, and data strategy, portfolio, governance, and delivery. Oversees approximately 15 staff and a $2 million budget, guides initiatives from pilot to scale, measures benefits, builds organisational capability, manages stakeholders and external partnerships, and advises senior leaders on responsible AI and technology opportunities. The role also develops talent pipelines, strengthens delivery practices, and supports transformation governance across the movement.

The role reviews documentation, identifies discrepancies, follows corrective actions, maintains accurate records, assists with forecasts and proposal budgets, and provides financial guidance to programme teams, budget holders, partners, and field offices. Travel to project and partner locations may be required.

Leads a global, enterprise-wide cost optimization transformation across support functions and country offices. Responsibilities include designing the transformation roadmap, organizational redesign, change management, efficiency delivery, benefits tracking, governance, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and AI-enabled operational improvement. The role manages workstreams, supports service delivery redesign, embeds continuous improvement, and oversees a team in a complex multinational matrix environment.

Coordinates global programme operations, risk, delivery, and performance initiatives. The role manages workplans, milestones, reporting, stakeholder collaboration, risk information, learning initiatives, knowledge platforms, communications, leadership meetings, and transformation activities. It analyzes trends, supports senior decision-making, strengthens organizational performance, and facilitates capacity building across a global matrixed environment.

Coordinate financial accounting and management reporting for humanitarian projects. Lead budgeting, forecasting, budget-versus-actual analysis, financial closing, donor and member reporting, internal controls, audits, compliance, and financial training. Partner with program, awards, and finance teams to maintain financial sustainability, support proposal budgets, monitor transactions, and provide financial guidance to field offices and partners.

Provides strategic and technical leadership for market-based programming in Vietnam, integrating livelihoods, value chains, youth employment, financial inclusion, climate resilience, gender, safeguarding, and digital innovation. Leads program design, proposal development, fundraising targeting approximately USD 5 million annually, donor engagement, partnerships, blended finance exploration, capacity building, and knowledge management across sectors supporting vulnerable children and communities.

Develop and manage corporate, institutional, foundation, and stakeholder relationships to diversify Save the Children Turkiye’s funding base. Identify prospects, build opportunity pipelines, translate program priorities into compelling funding propositions, coordinate proposal development, and engage Save the Children Members and internal teams. Represent the organization externally, support partnership development, and contribute to emergency resource mobilization. The role requires strong networking, influencing, communication, analytical, organizational, and cross-functional coordination skills in English and Turkish.
