Provides technical leadership for designing, adapting, aligning, and accrediting competency-based agricultural TVET curricula across South Sudan. Develops trainer guides, learner workbooks, assessment tools, and micro-credential pathways aligned with NQF Levels 1–5. Supports timely project implementation by coordinating events, logistics, procurement, payments, financial tracking, documentation, data entry, stakeholder meetings, and project planning activities. Provides day-to-day logistics support for a resilience project, coordinating transportation, deliveries, goods receiving, storage, distribution, asset tracking, documentation, inventory records, and reporting. The role coordinates with suppliers, transporters, project teams, finance, and supply chain staff; identifies and escalates bottlenecks; supports compliance and audit readiness; and provides weekly logistics updates from Air Upas, Ketapang.

Coordinates Syria Response Office supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, customs clearance, fleet management, warehousing, inventory, asset management, reporting, and compliance. Oversees vendors, shipments, stock reconciliations, asset verification, procurement policies, and partner capacity building. Supervises supply chain staff, monitors performance indicators, supports emergency preparedness, and collaborates with programs, authorities, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Manages procurement of goods and services, including sourcing, tendering, bid analysis, purchase orders, supplier relationships, contracts, and framework agreements. Maintains asset registers, conducts inventory counts, reconciles warehouse records in TiM, supports stock distribution and warehouse operations, and prepares procurement, asset, and inventory reports. Ensures compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, audit standards, and value-for-money principles.

Coordinates country-level proposal development from kickoff through submission, managing timelines, stakeholders, narrative drafting, editing, quality assurance, logframes, safeguarding integration, and donor compliance. Supports funding strategies, donor engagement plans, capture planning, communications, donor meetings, and award-management workflows. Requires collaboration across programs, operations, finance, HR, security, awards, and partnerships, with flexibility to work extended hours and travel during emergencies.

Leads Save the Children’s Sierra Leone programme development and quality strategy, including country planning, proposal design, programme quality, MEAL, learning, partnerships, and donor positioning. Oversees evidence-based programming across development and humanitarian contexts, ensures child safeguarding and technical standards, represents the organization with government and partners, and manages, mentors, and develops a seven-person PDQ team.

Leads Save the Children’s integrated humanitarian programme in Sumy across Child Protection, Education, CVA/FSL and Shelter/NFI. Manages implementation, budgets, grants, donor reporting, monitoring, compliance, partners and programme staff. Coordinates with sector leads, technical advisors, MEAL, support functions, local authorities and humanitarian fora. Oversees partner capacity strengthening, programme quality, accountability, risk management and emergency preparedness while ensuring services are timely, effective and aligned with organizational and donor standards.
