Administers compensation, total rewards, performance management, expatriate compensation, and payroll processes for salaried and hourly employees. Responsibilities include salary benchmarking, job evaluation, merit and incentive planning, performance-cycle administration, payroll validation through ADP, compensation analytics, HRIS data maintenance, and support for workforce planning. The role partners with HR, Finance, Payroll, headquarters, tax advisors, and business leaders while maintaining confidential employee information and ensuring pay accuracy and compliance.

The role requires Korean-English bilingual communication and strong financial systems, Excel, analytical, and database skills.

Develops and improves electrode, cell assembly, and formation processes for battery manufacturing. Responsibilities include production monitoring, data and defect analysis, root-cause troubleshooting, yield and OEE improvement, PFMEA management, compliance monitoring, technical support, reporting, work-instruction development, employee training, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with engineering, production, and vendors in a 24/7 facility and may provide on-call support.

Procures MRO and expedited materials, manages suppliers, purchase orders, contracts, pricing, logistics, customs coordination, and purchasing data. Maintains material masters, shipping and supplier information, resolves invoice and receiving discrepancies, supports audits, and monitors procurement KPIs. Leads staff and cross-functional coordination while supporting global procurement initiatives, cost savings, compliance, and timely material delivery.
