Provides generalist HR support to managers and employees, handling employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, HR records, performance reviews, training plans, policies, legislation updates, and trade union liaison. The role also manages third-party benefit suppliers, maintains SAP and personnel files, supports grievance and disciplinary processes, and participates in regional and global HR meetings. This is a 9-month contract based at the Redditch UK head office.

Participate in a 12-month international controls software trainee program, learning the full software lifecycle from concept and project realization through customer service. Develop practical skills in embedded programming, cyber-physical systems, motion-focused dynamic systems, and integrated automation through classroom, hands-on, and distance training. Travel internationally for training and work at office and customer site locations, with the prospect of an attractive role after successful completion.
