Partner with product, sales, customer success, design, and leadership teams to communicate the value of Ture’s AI-enabled B2B SaaS platform to enterprise and public-sector audiences, while establishing repeatable marketing processes and success metrics.

Operate and mature the company’s security and compliance program by maintaining controls, policies, evidence, risk registers, vendor reviews, customer questionnaires, audit activities, privacy documentation, training, and incident-response readiness. Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to manage remediation, assess security risks, support SOC 2 assurance, and improve customer evidence readiness without unnecessary bureaucracy.

Partner with account executives on complex enterprise and public-sector sales opportunities. Lead technical discovery, tailored demonstrations, solution architecture, integration and security discussions, RFP responses, technical validations, workshops, and proofs of concept. Coordinate with product, engineering, security, customer success, and implementation teams to manage technical risk and ensure successful handoffs. Improve pre-sales processes, create reusable sales assets, and bring market feedback into product planning.

Own mid-market B2B sales opportunities from qualification through close, including discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, procurement, forecasting, and CRM management. Build pipeline through inbound, outbound, referrals, partnerships, and events; coordinate internal teams; collaborate with marketing; and ensure strong implementation handoffs. The role requires consultative selling to multi-stakeholder buying committees and experience selling SaaS or technology solutions.

Investigate and resolve technical customer issues across web applications, accounts, data, integrations, APIs, and authentication. Reproduce problems, analyze logs and database records, document solutions, escalate defects, validate fixes, support incidents, and improve troubleshooting processes. The role also involves maintaining support documentation, identifying recurring issues, building lightweight automation tools, establishing escalation procedures, and protecting customer data.

Own post-sale relationships for enterprise and public-sector accounts, guiding customers through implementation, adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion. Lead onboarding, success planning, executive reviews, escalations, and cross-functional coordination. Monitor account health and outcomes, translate customer feedback into product insights, and develop repeatable customer-success practices.
