Maintains respectful, compassionate service while following company policies and legal requirements.

Manage a funeral home location’s financial performance, budget, daily operations, regulatory compliance, facilities, service quality, and client experience. Lead supervisors and staff through hiring, training, licensing, performance management, compensation recommendations, development, and disciplinary processes. Establish goals, improve processes, coordinate resources, maintain facilities, and collaborate with market leadership, corporate teams, and human resources.
