Manage daily Accounts Payable operations, including supplier payments, invoice reconciliation, ledger maintenance, month-end closing, reporting, compliance, audit support, and process improvement. Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies, coordinate advance payments, maintain accurate documentation, and strengthen AP controls and automation.

Performs financial forecasting, modeling, reporting, variance analysis, cost analysis, valuation comparisons, and market research. Develops automated reports and Excel dashboards, evaluates financial performance against plans, supports capital budgeting and expenditure planning, and recommends process and business improvements. Collaborates with accounting and presents analysis, trends, forecasts, and recommendations to senior executives and management in a hospital business environment.

Lead eyewear assortment and category management across branches, including range planning, pricing, seasonal collections, new product launches, demand forecasting, replenishment, promotions, and inventory optimization. Monitor profitability, sell-through, stock turn, market trends, and competitor activity. Maintain product data, establish pricing and margin targets, train sales and optometry teams, and report performance to management.
