Designs and independently delivers SAP integration solutions across cloud, on-premises, and third-party applications. The role targets large enterprises and carries a quota of $1 million to $1.5 million.

Lead a cross-functional engineering team building and scaling the DataSwitch data integration platform. Own feature and release delivery, roadmap planning, architecture governance, CI/CD adoption, quality standards, agile practices, and project risk management. Recruit, mentor, and develop engineers while coordinating with product, architecture, QA, DevOps, and senior leadership. Translate business requirements into engineering plans and ensure scalable, resilient, maintainable technical solutions.
