Lead quality assurance across product development, manufacturing, project execution, operations, and customer delivery. Own the QA framework and Stage-Gate process, facilitate design reviews, manage DFMEA and PFMEA activities, ensure documentation and release processes are audit-ready, oversee CAPA and supplier/customer quality, support ISO 9001 audits, and drive continuous improvement through KPI monitoring and management reporting.

Develop, integrate, test, and optimize photonic components and fiber-optic subsystems across the product lifecycle. Translate requirements into reliable, manufacturable optical solutions; perform measurements and validation; analyze results; mitigate technical risks; and implement improvements. The role collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering teams and supports verification, prototyping, manufacturing transfer, and product realization for sensing technologies used in critical infrastructure and security applications.

Own and maintain product and configuration baselines across the product development lifecycle. Manage BOMs, CAD packages, assemblies, drawings, engineering documentation, released data, and change processes. Ensure traceability, integrity, and consistency of controlled product information; support prototype and production builds; assess change impacts; resolve configuration issues; and improve engineering data and release workflows while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Own the full lifecycle development of marine and subsea structural systems, including design, structural analysis, testing, manufacturing, lifting, deployment, and offshore installation. Develop welded steel structures and mechanical interfaces, translate requirements into robust solutions, manage suppliers, define technical documentation, investigate risks and root causes, and support multidisciplinary verification, validation, and product integration. The role requires security screening and eligibility for EU/NATO clearance.

Creates detailed, manufacturable engineering packages from conceptual designs, including 3D models, 2D drawings, assemblies, BOMs, junction box layouts, fiber routing, splice plans, connector details, and technical specifications. Supports procurement, suppliers, production, assembly, testing, inspection, and design standardization. Requires strong mechanical engineering and CAD experience, with preferred expertise in subsea, offshore, marine, harsh-environment, or fiber optic systems.

Leads mechanical hardware design for ruggedized fiber-optic measurement systems used in energy and marine environments. Designs chassis, enclosures, assemblies, and packaging; collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and suppliers; creates engineering documentation; supports prototyping, integration, testing, qualification, and release. Applies CAD, FEA, engineering analysis, DfMA, verification, and root-cause methods to improve reliability, manufacturability, serviceability, and environmental performance.
