Leads onboarding, integration, productivity ramp-up, and shareholder pathway processes for newly hired physicians and advanced practice providers. Partners with clinical and executive leaders on provider relations, performance, retention, change management, compliance, and HR administration. Monitors milestones, resolves barriers, coaches leaders, manages FMLA and performance documentation, and recommends improvements to provider experience and organizational processes.

Leads the enterprise cybersecurity strategy, security architecture, security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and governance, risk, and compliance program. Manages a team of five, oversees HIPAA/HITECH and other regulatory requirements, leads risk assessments and audits, establishes security policies, strengthens identity and access controls, guides security technology investments, and communicates security posture and risk to executives and the Board.

Designs, implements, and maintains automated identity lifecycle workflows for onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, deprovisioning, access certifications, RBAC, and segregation of duties. Manages SailPoint, Active Directory, and Entra ID integrations; troubleshoots connector and synchronization issues; supports access requests, audit reporting, compliance, incident response, and IAM tool upgrades. Partners with HR, cybersecurity, infrastructure, application owners, service desk, and business stakeholders to improve identity processes and enforce least privilege.
