Provides technical leadership for enterprise Identity Governance solutions, including architecture, risk assessment, automation, systems integration, application development, and secure access. Designs and implements identity systems across multi-platform environments using Oracle IAM technologies, LDAP, databases, operating systems, application servers, cloud infrastructure, and web/API technologies. Requires DoD/DLA experience, project management capability, relevant certification, and an IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive designation or Tier 3 background investigation.

Leads execution of a government cybersecurity task order supporting DLA RMF assessment, authorization, and compliance activities. Manages contract performance, project schedules, staffing, technical deliverables, risks, stakeholder coordination, executive reporting, and workforce security compliance. Oversees RMF artifacts, cybersecurity policy alignment, contractor certifications, clearances, and CAC access requirements across DLA information systems, Platform IT, and operational technology environments.

Administers and engineers UNIX and Linux operating environments, including AIX, HP-UX, and Solaris. Responsibilities include installation, upgrades, patching, tuning, security audits, STIG compliance, backups, disaster recovery, data replication, clustering, virtualization, load balancing, storage management, and data migrations. The role designs high-availability and redundant systems, troubleshoots infrastructure, supports multiple environments, and develops operating-system strategies and recovery procedures for the Defense Logistics Agency.

Leads configuration management specialists and controls allocated, functional, and physical baselines throughout complex information-system lifecycles. Facilitates Configuration Control Boards, reviews engineering change requests, assesses impacts on baselines and logistics support, maintains configuration records and technical documentation, supports audits, coordinates with quality assurance and management, and prepares change authorization directives.
