Lead growth equity investments from origination through exit, owning deal execution, portfolio outcomes, and long-term firm value. Partner with founders, the CFO, and investment colleagues on strategy and execution while helping build the investment platform, culture, and portfolio. The role requires a proven private equity or growth equity investor with climate or cleantech exposure, strong financial and analytical judgment, and the ability to advise management teams with discipline and collaboration.
