Review contractor schedules, manpower and equipment plans, S-curves, and assumptions; coordinate planning across project teams; monitor site progress; identify schedule deviations and risks; prepare reports, KPI dashboards, and progress metrics; analyze planned versus actual performance; issue look-ahead schedules; and support corrective actions and construction readiness.
