Performs daily casino machine drops, removes and replaces bill validators, transports validation boxes, counts cash-related materials, maintains count sheets, and enters count data into computer systems. The role requires accurate recordkeeping, independent work, policy compliance, professional communication, and cooperation with management, guests, team members, and vendors.

Creates, captures, edits, and publishes social media content promoting casino food and beverage offerings, events, promotions, and bingo activities. Manages community engagement, coordinates content shoots with operational departments, tracks performance metrics, monitors social media trends, and ensures compliance with branding, responsible gaming, and advertising regulations. Requires regular casino-floor and event presence, flexible scheduling, and registration with the Gaming Control Board.

Maintains and reconciles general ledger accounts, prepares GAAP-compliant journal entries and documentation, produces daily operations reports, and supports internal and external audits. The role also prepares analyses and correspondence, handles confidential information, assists with accounting projects, and supports other Finance and Accounting staff. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Great Plains Accounting is required, along with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
