The role builds relationships with prospective residents, families, healthcare providers, financial planners, attorneys, and local organizations while driving awareness and move-ins.

Manages day-to-day accounting, billing, accounts receivable collections, vendor coordination, accruals, resident financial records, reconciliations, compliance, and reporting for a senior living community. Provides financial guidance to executives and department leaders, analyzes budget variances, supports forecasting and performance reviews, coordinates with centralized finance teams, and owns resolution of local financial issues.

Directs marketing and sales for independent living residences, including occupancy development, annual marketing plans, advertising, referral programs, events, budgeting, lead management, prospect follow-up, CRM data accuracy, reporting, and team performance. The role oversees Residency Counselors, Marketing Assistants, and other associates while collaborating with community leadership to achieve sales and occupancy goals.

Process bi-weekly payroll for retirement community employees across multiple states. Maintain payroll, personnel, tax, benefit, garnishment, and costing records in Oracle; assist with tax reporting, W-2 preparation, client billing, account reconciliations, and payroll reporting. Respond to client inquiries and ensure compliance with payroll policies and regulations while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and deadlines.
