Build trusted customer relationships, understand vehicle needs, demonstrate Subaru products, guide customers through purchasing, manage leads and follow-up using CRM tools, and generate repeat and referral business. Collaborate with sales, service, parts, and finance teams while participating in dealership and community events. Paid training and mentorship are provided; automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.
