Directs FP&A for Technical Operations, partnering with Drug Product, Drug Supply, and Global Supply Chain leadership. Owns budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, COGS, capital expenditures, manufacturing costs, CDMO/CMO spend, and variance analysis. Builds financial models for scale-up, capacity planning, and make-versus-buy decisions; leads cross-functional initiatives, reporting improvements, and executive and board-level financial communications.

Leads corporate, G&A, and R&D accounting close processes; prepares and reviews journal entries, reconciliations, variance analyses, and accruals. Ensures U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance, supports audits and SEC reporting, and partners with FP&A and cross-functional stakeholders. Oversees accounting systems, process automation, vendor payments, and internal controls while driving scalable improvements. Manages, mentors, and develops a direct report.
